Couples therapy, also known as marriage or relationship counseling, is designed to help couples resolve conflicts and improve their relationship. It involves a trained therapist facilitating open communication between partners, identifying underlying issues, and teaching healthy coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills.
Through various therapeutic techniques, couples work towards understanding each other better, rebuilding trust, and strengthening their bond. The goal is to foster a more harmonious relationship, build towards a happier sex life, and equip couples with the tools to effectively work through challenges together, ultimately promoting long-term relational satisfaction and growth.
